The hotel is a family managed hotel run by the owners.
The staff has a very cordial relationship with the guests and help is available in the following languages: Spanish, Catalan, French, English, German, Italian and Czech.
There is a variety of sports facilities with in close proximity.

There are a selection of rooms, single, double triple and family rooms, which offer comfortable accomation for up to 5 people.
Recently the hotel has been redecorated and new furniture installed. All the rooms are placed along the exterior of the hotel, and offer the following:

- door keycards for security
- wiFi connection for a small charge
- security safe (key for a small charge)
